Fitch Affirms and Withdraws Two Invesco Money Market Fund Ratings

Fitch Ratings has affirmed Short-Term Investments Trust - Invesco Government & Agency Portfolio and Short-Term Investments Trust - Invesco Treasury Portfolio at 'AAAmmf' and has withdrawn the ratings.

The ratings have been withdrawn for commercial reasons.

KEY RATING DRIVERS

The funds have been in compliance with 'AAAmmf' ratings under Fitch's Money Market Fund Rating Criteria since the last rating review on Jan. 15, 2025.

Invesco serves as the funds' investment advisor and is a wholly owned, indirect subsidiary of Invesco Ltd. As of March 31, 2026, Invesco Ltd. had $2.16 trillion in assets under management.
