Datadog Solicits Proxies from Shareholders

On April 29, 2026, Datadog, Inc. announced that it has filed a definitive proxy statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission to solicits proxies from shareholders to vote against a shareholder proposal submitted by John Chevedden, regarding a proposal on adoption of a simple majority voting provision, in connection with the annual meeting of shareholders scheduled to be held on June 15, 2026.
