Tiger Oil Continues Focus on Kansas Oil Projects

TGRO

LAS VEGAS, NV / ACCESSWIRE / October 9, 2014 / Tiger Oil and Energy, Inc. (OTCQB: TGRO) is pleased to announce the following corporate update about its recent business activities in Cowley County, Kansas. The Company has committed up to $600,000 to a joint venture program with our partner and Operator, TOTO Energy, LLC. TOTO is a Texas oil and gas producer with over 100,000 acres under lease in Kansas currently for future joint development.

Three wells have now been successfully drilled: the Defore 19-1, the Defore 19-2 and the Stalnaker 17-1. The Defore 19-1 is ready to go on line but has not been turned on due to a scheduling glitch with the electrical utility company. They are scheduled to finish the power connection October 9, 2014. The Defore 19-2 will be a Salt Water Disposal Well (SWD) for the Defore 19-1 and the Stalnaker 17-1 wells and the paperwork has been filed with Kansas State to get final State approval for the SWD in approximately 60 days. The Stalnaker 17-1 is waiting on the Defore SWD and is shut-in right now until we can dispose of its water content. Then a determination will be made whether or not to frack the well.

Tiger has purchased a 30% working interest and a 24.45% Net Royalty Interest in these producing wells.
